Mission Statement

The University of Illinois at Chicago's Engineering Council is the umbrella organization for engineering societies and students at UIC. Our mission statement is to bring new experiences to the engineering students of the University by planning and executing important events such as E-Week and EXPO. Our objectives include, increasing awareness of the engineering profession and to assist all engineering societies and students on campus by staying up to date and providing a constant stream of new opportunities and services.

11/12/2009 Engineering Council held our 3nd meeting of the semester on 11/9. Check out the agenda and minutes!

10/14/2009 Engineering Council will be sponsoring a stress relief seminar on Wednesday, October 21 at 5 p.m. in 1000 SEO.

10/12/2009 ASCE will be sponsoring a presentation by Bradley Young, PE with Skidmore, Owings, & Merrill LLP (SOM) on the Infinity Tower in Dubai at 1 p.m. in 1000 SEO.
